The JSC Statutory fund is formed of the assessed value of property and other assets of the transformed government enterprise, divided equally as nominal value of the JSC shares, acquired by shareholders.

The size of the Statutory fund is 359 286 573 274,00 Sums, divided into 91 795 241 shares, including:

  • 97,55% - 350 481 803 262,00 Sums, divided into 89 545 683 shares;
  • 2,45% - 8 804 770 012,00 Sums, divided into 2 249 558 shares – the share fraction of natural and juridical persons (placed).

The nominal value of each share is 3 914 Sums.

The JSC issues ordinary and privileged registered shares, with the nominal value 3 914 Sums each, in the cashless form, in the number of  91 795 241 pieces.

  • ordinary registered shares in the number of 89 545 683 pieces.
  • privileged registered shares numbering 2 249 558 shares.
  • the JSC is entitled to place, in addition to the placed shares, 126 940 052 pieces of declared ordinary shares to the amount of 496 843 363 528 Sums with the nominal value of 3 914 Sums.

Every participant of the JSC, after having taken possession of the share, gets the rights and duties, implied by this Charter, and subsequently is named ‘shareholder’.
