EnIn accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On joint stock companies and protection of shareholders’ rights”, “On the securities market”, in accordance with the requirements of the “Uniform Rules of depositary accounting and reporting” (reg. No. 844 dated 01.12.1999) the “Almalyk MMC” JSC issued a relevant order dated 26.11.2013 No. 675 on the need to conduct an inventory of details, data of Depo accounts with shareholders of “Almalyk MMC” JSC for the availability of depositary agreements and relevant forms of questionnaires.
In addition, for the correct formation of the register of shareholders and statements on payment of dividends to shareholders of “Almalyk MMC” JSC carries out active work in general.
In this regard, we kindly ask you Dear Shareholders of “Almalyk MMC” JSC residing outside the Republic of Uzbekistan (Non-Residents) to send us your completed questionnaire data by mail, according to the attached forms:
