Based on the decision No. 7 of the Supervisory Board of “Almalyk MMC” JSC dated March 24, 2022 and decision of the general meeting of founders (Minutes No. 1 dated March 31, 2022), a new joint venture was established in Chirchik.

“Deutsche IT-AGMK” JV LLC with the declared amount of the Authorized capital 261 093 053,0 thousand UZ Soums, the founders of which are:

• “Almalyk MMC” JSC (15% or 39,163,958.0 thousand UZ Soums);
• “FALK PORSCHE TECHNIK GmbH” (85% or 221 929 095,0 thousand UZ Soums);

“Deutsche IT-AGMK” Joint venture LLC focusing on production of geocomposite materials, galvanized steel wire, chemical-resistant tanks and liners, fiberglass and polymer pipes up to 4 meters in diameter, springs, cables, construction materials, tanks and ventilation systems, wire products, rubber products, hardware and services in the field of engineering and others in Chirchik town, Tashkent region.
