In 2012 joint business LLC “HPC Systems" within implementation of the investment project "Industrial engineering of power cables with isolation from cross-linked polyethylene on tension to 400 kV on the territory of FIEZ "Navoi" is created.

The authorized fund of the joint venture amounts to 18.8 million dollars, with equity participation of AMMC (50%), JVSC “Uzkabel” (25%) and the “Gulf Cable Trading Company”  (PRC) (25%).

"HPC Systems" is located on the territory of the Free Industrial Economic Zone  (FIEZ) "Navoi", the Republic of Uzbekistan, Navoi. Profitable locations of the entity, availability of the developed transport infrastructure, particular tax and customs regulations of FIEZ "Navoi" provide unique conditions for production and export of cable products.

"HPC Systems" - one of the most modern cable plants in the Asian region and the CIS. The entity is equipped with the most modern European manufacturing and test equipment, of producers such as: "Maillefer Extrusion Oy" (Finland), "Pourtier" (France), "Sikora" (Germany), "Elof" (Sweden), "Kabmak" (Turkey) and others. The cost of only test equipment exceeds 1.5 million dollars and in general investments into the equipment exceeded 10.5 million dollars; the construction cost amounted to 32 billion sums.

The cables and wires made by JV LLC “Hayat Power Cable Systems” correspond to the best world analogs and previously in the Republic were not produced for example copper cables on voltage of 110 kV (the cable made preparations for certified testing in Holland), copper power high-voltage armored cables in three-corepackage (cables are exported to Turkmenistan), copper power high-voltage cables with a sectional view to 630 sq.mm including in nonflammable package (were delivered under the export contract for objects of upgrade of TashTPP).

The export volume of the producible products in 2015 amounted to 12.2 billion sums (in 4.76 million dollars equivalent). In 6 months of 2016 there have been produced products to the amount of 37.8 billion sums (in 12.9 million dollars equivalent), at the same time the volume of export amounted 9.6 million dollars with 74.6% of shares of export.

Now JV LLC “HPC Systems” is one of the few entities mastering output of a cable with isolation fromcross-linked polyethylene tension of 110 and 220 kV of sectional view to 2500 sq. mm inclusive. In near short term outlook – cables on tension of 330 and 400 kV.

The system of management of the entity is certified in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2008.

Products of "HPC Systems" are:

- Power cables for fixed laying with isolation from cross-linked polyethylene on tensions of 110 and 220 kV;

- Power cables for fixed laying with isolation from cross-linked polyethylene of various executions on tensions of 10, 20 and 35 kV.

Production capacity of the entity makes:

on power cables on an average (10 – 35 kV) and high (110 – 400 kV) voltage with isolation from cross-linked polyethylene with copper and aluminum cores section – to 2 500 mm ² in the volume of 4 000 km/year;

the self-bearing isolated wires (VULTURES) on voltage of 0,66/1,0 and 20 kV of 3 000 km/year;

low-voltage (0,4 kV) cables of a special purpose (for example, the cables which aren't extending burning, cables for laying in mines and tunnels, in the mountain area) in the volume of 3 000 km/year.
