From time immemorial, our people have revered the sacred image of the Mother, a woman as an incomparable creation of the Almighty, surrounds her with love and care. The measure of humanity and justice of any society and state, first of all, is the attitude and attention to woman. Today, more than 8 thousand women work at our plant – managers, specialists, technical staff, workers. With your selfless, conscientious work, you make a worthy contribution to the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the team. Your participation in all areas of the plant's activities deserves the highest recognition. We are proud of you!

As noted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev: “Today we have entered a new historical era of the comprehensive development of our country. Introducing children to great goals, educating them on the basis of noble ideas is the main duty of all mothers in Uzbekistan. Undoubtedly, the upbringing of the young generation with high human qualities, courageous and courageous, devoted to the Motherland, depends primarily on you. This is the most important investment in the future, our greatest wealth.”

AMMC also takes an active part in ensuring the professional growth of its women workers. In particular, they are given the opportunity to study on the job at higher educational institutions in order to improve the level of education, gain modern knowledge and master their profession in a quality manner. To this end, in the Year of Human Care and Quality Education, 30 women representatives of the plant received referrals to universities of the republic.

There are many talented researchers and scientists among the women of the AMMC who, by introducing innovations into production, conducting experimental laboratory and industrial tests, achieve practical results. The management of the AMMC highly appreciates the contribution of all women workers of the plant. After all, you not only conscientiously fulfill your professional duties, but are also true keepers of the hearth, keeping our home, raising children, which requires willpower and endless dedication from you. You are the blessing of our life, since it is women who fill it with meaning, make it beautiful and prosperous in every family.

Today, the entire staff of the plant takes an active part in the construction of New Uzbekistan and the implementation of economic reforms, which pose large-scale tasks for us. And I can say with confidence that together with you we will honorably cope with everything planned.
